Voter Guides
I welcome an "apples to apples" comparison to my opponent. As voter guides are published, I'll include information and links on this page. In addition to voter guides, links to relevant interviews will also be included on this page.
On October 22, I participated in a candidate forum hosted by the Dunwoody Homeowners Association. A replay of the event can be found here: DHA Candidate Forum. A partial transcript of the forum (opening statements and questions, but no closing statements) can be found here DHA Forum Transcript.
The Branch website provides brief side-by-side outlines of candidate platforms. You can find the District 2 page here: Branch District 2
On September 17 I, along with my opponent and candidates in Chamblee and Tucker races, participated in a candidate forum hosted by the DeKalb County Democrats. A replay of the event can be found here: DeKalb Dems Forum.
On October 7 the Dunwoody Crier published responses to candidate questions for all city council candidates. The responses are published here: Crier Candidate Questions - Please note that the Crier limited answer space for most responses to 50 words. There has been some confusion about my response to the $50 million windfall question. I am aware that establishment of a Dunwoody school system would require a change to the Georgia constitution and thus, is highly unlikely. However, with a $50 million windfall I would support the use of some funds for a concerted lobbying effort towards that goal.
Better Ballot Georgia asked candidates about their opinions on ranked choice voting. Responses can be found here: Better Ballot
